Can you please verify that the version folder is actually '8.0.1669.22649494' ?
I am guessing that the general assumption is that the individual components of a version number do not exceed integer range, which '22649494' clearly does.
So much for assumptions. I will have to look how build numbers like that can be accommodated in a future build.
As a work around, copy the module to a folder with a more sane version folder and try to include it from there.
