So the process I see:
1. I run the updater as my non-admin user
2. I get UAC prompt and enter my admin creds
3. Time passes (like 10-15 mins cause at work any installation process is scanned by multiple security tools as it happens)
4. Computer reboots
I'm guessing that those windows are indeed popping up, but under the alternate admin creds, so it is not displayed to me. Does that reboot warning have a timer? Does it default to reboot?
It might be that this doesn't affect 99% of people, but reporting it just the same
