If you right-click on a module in the object browser, you should see a topic "Refresh help". Clicking that should download and import the help for the selected module.
Graph has a lot of modules though. I will talk to the team and see if there is an overall "Update all help" somewhere.
We include a good number of pre-created cache files for common modules. It makes things go faster. This is what you see in the Cache Editor. It will not affect you in any way.
